Include the first page of your most recent TELUS bill. If that's not available, write the following information on a piece of paper and place it inside the box:
Account holder's first and last name
TELUS account number
Full service address
Phone number associated with the service
Ship the Package:
Visit any Canada Post outlet. Inform the clerk that you're returning residential equipment to TELUS and provide the Return ID number PR142924.
Canada Post will supply a prepaid waybill with the TELUS return address already printed, at no charge to you.
Keep the Waybill Number:
Retain the waybill number provided by Canada Post until the package is successfully returned to TELUS. Taking a photo of the waybill can be a convenient way to keep this information accessible.
