To return your TELUS equipment after canceling your account

follow these steps:

  1. Package the Equipment:

    • Use an appropriately sized box to securely pack all the equipment you need to return.

    • Include the first page of your most recent TELUS bill. If that's not available, write the following information on a piece of paper and place it inside the box:

      • Account holder's first and last name

      • TELUS account number

      • Full service address

      • Phone number associated with the service

  2. Ship the Package:

    • Visit any Canada Post outlet. Inform the clerk that you're returning residential equipment to TELUS and provide the Return ID number PR142924.

    • Canada Post will supply a prepaid waybill with the TELUS return address already printed, at no charge to you.

  3. Keep the Waybill Number:

    • Retain the waybill number provided by Canada Post until the package is successfully returned to TELUS. Taking a photo of the waybill can be a convenient way to keep this information accessible.
